For the United Kingdom, the rates are the following:
UK Shipping Single item First Class (Tracked) - £3.60
UK Shipping Multiple Items First Class (Tracked) - £4.74
For international shipping (outside the UK), the rates are the following:
USA and Canada shipping single item (Tracked) - £10.55
USA and Canada shipping multiple items (Tracked) - £12.45
Europe single item - £8.95 Europe multiple items- £9.99

We are based in Leeds, North of England, UK but we ship worldwide!
If you are not 100% happy with an item, please return it to us within 30 days of receiving your order unworn and unused, together with the original packaging. Upon the receipt of your return we will either exchange the item or issue you with a refund, as per your request.
Please note shipping charges will not be refunded.
Please also note that earrings and any other pierced jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons.
For faulty items, please return them to us within 30 days of receiving the items. Upon receipt of the items, we will be happy to repair the items, exchange them or issue a refund as required.
All items must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and with proof of purchase (excluding earrings). Please write a full returns cover note within your parcel so we can process your request swiftly. The following details must be included in your return:
Whether you would like a refund for your item, or to exchange your item
Your full name, email address and phone number
Your returns address (if you need an exchange)*
We cannot accept earrings back due to hygiene reasons.
*Orders returned without an order slip or returns cover note will take longer to process and in some circumstances will not be processed at all. Please do not send back your item without any information, even if you’ve received a free returns postage label.

While we understand the disappointment that comes with noticing that an item you purchased has subsequently been reduced in price, we cannot refund the difference in price if this occurs, we hope you understand.
